Dairy free salad dressing

Creamy Greek Salad Dressing  
from here 
1/2 cup plus 2 tsp. Red Wine Vinegar
1/3 cup plus 1 Tbs. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. dried Oregano
1 tsp. dried Basil
3/4 tsp. Onion Powder
3/4 tsp. Sea Salt
3/4 tsp. Black Pepper
3/4 tsp. Dijon Mustard
5 Macadamia Nuts
  • Add all of the ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to a week.
